Examples of projects we've done: 

• Provided website content, edits, or re-writes.
• Created training materials : PowerPoint slides, workbook, handouts , videos, and quiz questions. 
• Created customized videos for clients. We write the video script, record the voice narration, provide the content (images, graphics), add music (if appropriate), and produce the final video module. Videos we've done have been for instructional how-to purposes, staff or customer training, content marketing, website content, and much more. 
• Wrote technical manuals for a fiber optic router, an electronic medical records system, laboratory robotic software, and an information security handbook, among many others.
• Wrote and edited proposals for government contracts and helped non-profits obtain funding.
• Created customer-facing technology overview document, data interchange specifications, and implementation guide.
• Created marketing brochures, handouts for trade shows, press kits, and press releases.
• Created content marketing website posts, videos, and podcasts for an organization, and maintained their social media and online advertising.
• Created marketing flyers and/or walk-thru videos for commercial and residential real estate.

 Examples of projects we've done:

• Created compliant policies, procedures, and standards for organizations, both large and small. Each was tailored to their specific systems and environment – no “cookie cutter” solutions. Created risk management framework, compliance plans, and various company-wide and departmental-specific plans.
• Assessed an organization’s compliance with applicable regulations. Created documents detailing gaps. Planned and assisted with remediation.
• Wrote disaster recovery and business continuity plans. 
• Wrote online Privacy Policies,  Terms of Use, and Cookie Policy to be compliant with CCPA, GDPR, and other regulations.
• Assisted organizations obtaining certifications and/or preparing for an audit. Successfully helped multiple organizations obtain JCAHO, HITRUST, SOX, HIPAA, NCQA, NIST/FISMA, CCPA/CPRA, SOC2 and ISO certifications, accreditations, and compliance.
• Created training materials for staff covering security, privacy, and compliance issues. These included video modules.
• Created and/or edited HR-related documents, policies, and procedures, including an employee handbook, onboarding and separation procedures, job descriptions and assessments, and company Code of Conduct. 
• Created legal agreements, such as those needed for business associates (HIPAA), security and privacy (CCPA), consulting agreements, vendor agreements, data security and confidentiality agreements, and much more.
• Created a vendor compliance program, including vendor scorecard, vendor security assessment questionnaire, and more.
• Created breach notification instructions by state to be used when/if a breach of personal identifiable information occurs. 
• Analyzed a business’s current operations, described pain points, and made recommendations for the future.  
• Assisted company in aligning projects to business strategy, instituting effective project management practices, project leadership, and controls, and thinking and acting strategically about project portfolio management.
• Documented systems architectures, components, network design, systems migrations, implementation costs, and created network diagrams, database entity-relationship diagrams, database models, technical drawings, and much more. 

Examples of projects we've done:

• Provided editing of research manuscripts. Ensured correct grammar and punctuation, checked and formatted references, verified data and improved data presentation, ensured the final product met the journal submission guidelines.
• Edited scientific posters and presentations for trade shows and conferences.
• Wrote a radiation safety manual and assisted a biotech startup with obtaining their radioactive materials license.
• Wrote a podcast script for training pharmaceutical reps on drug usage based on the latest  clinical trial results. 
• Wrote/edited clinical trial documents for a CRO on behalf of pharmaceutical companies. Created/edited clinical study reports, patient narratives, informed consent forms,  investigator brochures, and clinical study protocols and amendments. Formatted all documents for IND and NDA submissions. 
• Created instructional materials for laboratory assays, instrument maintenance, and other laboratory technical tasks. 
• Consulted on a new life sciences research center startup, including architectural layout and composition of labs, market and investment considerations, site selection, leadership considerations, vendor and pharmaceutical alignments, and more.
• Provided writing for clinical trial recruitment communications to  physicians, study participants, pharmaceutical companies, and call center. 
• Created overview of various diseases for online consumption by lay public:  description, causes, symptoms, pre-disposing factors, diagnosis, treatment, false cures, lifestyle, and medication issues.
